These Terms of Service govern your use of mrpodcast.com and the products and services provided under the Mr. Podcast brand. By creating an account, purchasing a product or using a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What these terms cover
These terms apply to The 2-Hour-a-Month Podcast Machine, Mr. Podcast Listener Link, Mr. Podcast Marketing Planner, Mr. Podcast Suite, Podcast Profit Accelerator and related services made available through Mr. Podcast. Product-specific terms shown at purchase form part of your agreement.
Accounts and access
Access, features and usage limits are those shown on the relevant product page and at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, access is personal and may not be transferred or shared. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Orders, prices and payment
The price, currency, applicable taxes and any installment options are shown before you complete an order. You authorize the selected payment method to be charged according to the order. Failed or overdue payments may result in suspended access until payment is resolved. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subscriptions, cancellation and podcast hosting
Where a product renews, the renewal terms are shown at purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not by itself create a refund unless mandatory law or an express written guarantee requires one. When access to Mr. Podcast Suite or included podcast hosting ends, you can no longer add new material to the feed. You then have one month to move the podcast to another host. We will provide reasonable access to the information needed for that migration, subject to the service's available export options.
Customer content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you upload or provide. You give Mr. Podcast the limited permission needed to process, store, host, transform and deliver that content as part of the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for the content you provide.
The Mr. Podcast name, software, interfaces, templates, methods, training material and original content remain protected by intellectual-property law. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership. You may use included material for your own business as permitted by the product, but may not resell, sublicense, copy or distribute it as a competing product.
AI-assisted output
Some products use AI to help organise, edit or repurpose material. AI-assisted output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, rights, confidentiality, claims and suitability before publishing or relying on it. Do not submit sensitive information unless it is necessary and appropriate for the service.
Acceptable use, availability and third parties
You may not use the services for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or security-harming activity, or attempt to bypass limits or access systems you are not authorised to use.
We may update features, limits and workflows for security, quality, legal or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Third-party services may have their own terms. How service providers process personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Podcast Profit Accelerator access and included benefits
Access to the core Podcast Profit Accelerator programme is yours forever, subject to these terms.
The following three included benefits last for one year from purchase unless the order states otherwise:
Mr. Podcast Suite, including podcast hosting and the features available on the included plan. The purpose-built Mr. Podcast tool vault. Direct access to Mr. Podcast for programme, strategy and implementation questions.
Direct access does not promise instant replies or a response-time service level. Listener Growth Accelerator is available and contains 62 listener-growth methods.
Express guarantees
Where expressly included with a Podcast Profit Accelerator purchase, the following guarantees apply in addition to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3-Day Fit Guarantee. You may request a refund within three calendar days of purchase if you decide the programme is not the right fit.
90-Day ROI Guarantee. If you follow and document the implementation plan and do not recover the price you paid within 90 days, you may request a refund subject to the evidence and procedure in Appendix A.
These guarantees apply only where shown at purchase. They do not create guaranteed downloads, revenue, clients or other business results.
Disclaimers and liability
Except for an express written guarantee, Mr. Podcast does not promise any particular number of downloads, listeners, leads, clients, sales, revenue or other business result. Outcomes depend on implementation, market conditions, offer quality, audience, timing and other factors outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension, termination and changes
We may suspend or terminate access where payments remain overdue, these terms are materially breached, use creates legal or security risk, or the service is discontinued. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve a breach.
We may update these terms when services, law or operational requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Danish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue.
Appendix A — guarantee procedure
To make a guarantee request, contact [email protected] from the email address used for purchase. Include proof of payment and the information reasonably needed to assess the relevant guarantee.
For the 90-Day ROI Guarantee, include evidence that you completed the programme requirements and implemented the plan, together with evidence of the result during the 90-day period. Incomplete, dishonest or manipulated evidence may be rejected.
An approved refund is returned through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider. No additional request deadline is created beyond the three-day and 90-day periods stated above.
