Welcome to Mr. Podcast. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our application, website, and services (collectively referred to as "Service") provided by Mr. Podcast ApS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Account Creation

1.1 Eligibility: To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

3.1 In-App Purchases: Our Service may include in-app purchases that provide access to additional features or content. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

3.2 Subscription Plans: We offer subscription plans that provide access to premium features and content on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, etc.). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel the subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

3.4 Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to subscription services until that time.
